We had the most wonderful week driving round Bali with Ecko as our driver. Communication with Sri prior had been easy via WhatsApp and we were helped iron out parts of our itinerary we were unsure of. We spent several days in Ubud and visited nearby sites such as Tegallalang Rice Terraces, Pura Gunung Kawi Sebatu and countless waterfalls. We then drove north-west to Munduk, with stops at more waterfalls, Bali Botanical Gardens and the stunning Ulun Danu Beratan Temple. From Munduk we drove to the north coast via Bali's tallest waterfall, Sekumpul. We then drove east to Tulamben where we spent a day diving the famous USAT Liberty wreck and other surrounding dive sites. Ecko then drove us to Padang Bai harbour, for us to catch our boat to Lombok. It was an absolute pleasure being driven by Ecko. He was polite, punctual and we felt safe whilst he navigated the tricky Bali traffic. Sri very kindly offered her services for our return to Bali which we were quick to accept. It was incredibly reassuring arriving into the busy port of Sanur, avoiding all the taxis and being warmly greeted by Sri herself. She was incredibly kind and friendly and despite our brief time together, made the most lovely end to our trip. We would highly recommend this company!!
We had four incredible days traveling around Bali with Kadek Sudarmawan (Tomy) from Bali Private Drivers. Sudarmawan went above and beyond all our expectations! He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and made every moment of our trip special. Not only did he take us to all the places we wanted to see, but he also shared fascinating insights about Balinese culture, traditions, and myths. He even suggested additional spots to visit that we absolutely loved. Also, a big shoutout to Angga, who drove us around Nusa Penida! We honestly can’t say anything but good things — he was great. Angga told us so much about this beautiful island and showed us the most breathtaking places.
